July sunsets

We had some of the most beautiful July sunsets ever this year. The pictures can't capture the beauty but we try.

On the steps

As children, we always had pictures with our cousins on the front steps at the cottage. We have to keep up those traditions so we tried this year with little cooperation from our subjects. We gave up and let them do silly faces.

Katy's 12th birthday!

Hard to believe what a beautiful, grown up girl she is becoming.

PEP Show

In the grand tradition, the cousins performed a show on July 24th. Lainey was the emcee and the boys and Ella were the performers. Instead of talent, this year they did a game show and competed in various tasks. The show was called PEP named after the stuffed animals they competed with. Grandma Kris, Papa Mark, and Aunt Jan came over for the fun followed by fresh berries and whipped cream. Can't wait for next year's show!

Tennis Anyone?

The boys, Lainey and Ella had a couple lessons with pro Don on the Highland Park courts. The boys will continue lessons until fall and seem to really like them.

Day with cousins

The boys had a day with Aunt Mary Anne, Uncle Doug and the girls. They went to Hofmaster Park and a stop at Pronto Pup for lunch!
