We had a quiet 4th of July this year. We spent some time at the beach and had a visit with cousin Kellan and his uncle B and also saw our friends Claudia and her mom Amy. We were thrilled to hear Claudia is going to be a big sister in January!
We did some sparklers at home and Jonathan and Jeff made it to the fireworks, Matthew decided he didn't want to go so he and I stayed home and we were both fine with it. We'll save our fireworks for Coast Guard Festival.
It's been really cool temperature wise in Michigan so far this summer, not bad to not need the a/c but not exactly great beach weather either. We catch a few days every here and there.
